I have same issue with TS. I have downloaded the installer on the website. Patched all files and when I clicked start button, nothing happens. I have also installed vc_redisx86.exe as mentioned above but the issue still occur, Turned out that there's no neuz.exe on the folder. I don't have anti-virus installed as it was newly reformatted so there's no chance that the file itself will be removed.

Issue now resolved. :D
