Not leveling up

Weirdly, not on a party but my character is not gaining any experience. New account here, just trying out the server.

Here is an outlook of the problem:







You can look at the experience gain, there is no change.

Oh, I don't know how it enabled but yes got it to fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience I am new to the server. Thank you very much for the help
